id of telephone hose

I want to do the usual trick of cutting the telephone hose, and spinning the second piece round to allow the airfilter to be placed at the front of the engine, just wondering what size pipe i need to join the two so i can order it off fleabay.

An old bit of exhaust will do, 2 inch diameter . :agree:

The boost run is 2" but my intake to all my turbos was bigger 2.5" or so.

I am sure it is 63mm id mate as i have just finished my air filter section i used 63mm ali tube it was tight but will go in use some lube first to help it in :p 63mm is about 2 and a half inches mate i believe

lube up all 2.5 inches.. spot on ;).. thanks guys
