Hello members
I am nearing the restoration of a 1982 18 turbo in black, which is one owner, 60,000m and completely original.
I feel a bit alone as there appears not even a mention of the 18 turbo on any parts of the site.
Is there anyone out there with an 18 turbo, and can anyone let me know how many are still in existence?.

Welcome along mate

I got to say you got a rare car there, i can't even think of seeing another member on here with an 18 turbo.
I'm sure we'll do our best to help you out with anything though mate ;)

Looking at this list there's 130 still out there but this list was done while ago so may have changed

Welcome along to the club Cedric!! :niceone:

Yeah as Marky Mark has already said, the old 18 Turbo's are rare cars on all fronts what with not many on either the club or on the roads!

Good one on you restoring one though, make sure you get some pictures up on the site when you can!!

Also it may be worth you taking the car to the Renault World Series next year to exhibit?

Thanks Steve, I hope to have the car finished in about 4 weeks so I should be able to put up pictures shortly after. Just picked up the refurbished wheels today which are beautifully powder coated in high gloss silver with the two gloss black strips across the centre...... Look Stunning! Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Trade the 18 in and get a 5 :cartman:

Ok maybe not but someone would of said it sooner or later....welcome to the club, for a minute there looking at the title I was worried you were actually disappointed with the club itself rather than the lack of 18 Turbo's.
