how to run fmic down drivers headlight

currently my intercooler pipe run is as pictured.

I wish to modify my cooling run/breather run and with the extra room from doing away with the water pot running the fmic pipe work like the following.

could anybody offer advice on what needs cutting etc to achieve this run, mine currently runs over the top of my dizzy which makes general maintence a bit of a pain, also i have to run the 90° dizzy, and the leads are difficult to clip on.
