done a bit of reading, just want to know out of interest, does a standard c1j t2 elbow below fit on a t28 exhaust housing?? if so which way would the outlet face as i cant match the bolts up in the pics.just trying to get ideas together to fabricate a temperary downpipe for b18ft until i can get a stainless one made up. thanks

I think the standard t2 rear elbow will fit the T25 / T28 rear exhaust housing on a t25 / T28 is is merely missing out a hole for the one of the T28 bolt's so most peeps just run a longer bolt and a thickish washer to grip the rear elbow tight to the rear of the turbo.

I could be wrong here, i am sure someone else whom has a t28 can confirm:scratch:

You can get about 3 bolts in.

hmm, done a bit more searching and came up with some sort of setup,the links below, if i bought this setup then it gives me adjustability swivel wise to and from bulkhead, then mate the bottom of the elbow to my existing downpipe, what you think lads??

Someone used to sell a conversion elbow that had a machined flat and a bush insert. Had a quick surf but cant seem to find it?
