r5 seat diffrences

ok , i have 3 passenger seats and 1 driver seats..

all the seats have various nicks etc, and i want to make a good pair..

My question is what passenger material parts cannot be used on a drivers seat ?. if any , or are they all interchangable. ill take pics of it as i imagine its somthing that a lot of people would like or may end up doing if they wish to have a half decent set of seats.

Hi mate, base and bolsters all interchangeable. Its the back rest that can cause issues.
If you have patients to remove back rest cloth then a left cloth on a right seat could be achieved but check where the backrest reclining handle goes through the cloth you'll find an hole. This is on the opposite side on the left seat and so you will have a hole to make and a hole to sew up.
You can just fit a left seat on driverside but handles will be on wrong side.

shame as ill need to swap back to make it mint, i think ill do everything else and then hold fire on the back rest.. Cheers dude
