Im off to look/buy this car on tuesday, never really had much to do with mitsubishi's before, i know theres been a few in the club but can anyone give e any pointers to look out for, iv asked all the usual questions and hpi'd it. Is there any common faults with these? Any help is most greatful

i dont know alot myself but i would take into account service schedules and cost of. I know there schedules are short.

4.5k miles/6 months. Between £150-£250 a go if you take it somewhere.

iv read all that and its got full dealer history including belts and fluids less than 2k ago, and thanks bric... its the first car iv had in a while that isnt black lol

Just make sure it is what it is, these cars have to be the most mis sold car out there, what i mean make sure its a fq and not an import, nothing wrong with imports just may affect price a little.

If is a genuine fq it will be 300 or 330, the 330 has had the piggy back ecu, look for a hks exhaust and a hard pipe kit under the bonnet. The fq have unique numbers inside near the gear stick. Check for front end damage as they are not fq lights they are off the later MR, probably just been changed but check.

Make sure you can switch between the 3 settings snow gravel tarmac.

Service history is a must, like mention 4500 miles apart.

Just bare in mind most these car are raped.
