Brake ducts

Anybody currently make them for the R5GTT?

I may make a few sets if I can sell them, I need a pair for myself. I could take moulds form the coupe ones. But they didnt always fit properly, so I would improve the fit.
Made from Fibreglass with some kevlar reinforcement and impact resistance.
They are each made in two pieces, so thats 4 moulds! Bonded together..... Original they where injection moulded, but I cant do that :D

what do you think?
What would somebody pay for a pair of top quality/fit pieces?
Bearing in mind there are 4 moulds :crap:

I got a pair off here years ago by somone who copied them. They were crap, all they did was restrict the size of the foglight hole and didn't direct any air to the disc and the holes at the back were not long enough to fit any tubing on. I binned them yesterday along with the bumper they were fitted to.

The coupe ones aren't perfect, but I didnt think they restricted the size of the fog light aperture.... :scratch:
And I seem to remember them directing quite well onto the disc, although they could be extended a bit closer.
The exit is rectangular.
I had a picture of one without the wheel on, but cant find it...

Are many trackday folk using brake ducts? Or upgrading the set-up?

My Dad said the coupe ones fitted badly. The metal ring attached to the fog light hole, and supported the ducts on two studs.

The red duct is original coupe but has a plate on the side to make it stronger.....

I can always make a batch after.
I only want to recover the cost of the mould really.
