towing dollys for cars

I know this has been covered in the past but what is the law regarding the heavy duty tow dollys that get towed by say a motorhome pulling a car,can you tow a track car on these and because its on the road ie back wheels must it have m.o.t and tax etc thanks

yes it has to be taxed and mot`d. Best person to speak to is Chris aka penfold as he is a driving instructor and will be able to go full in depth about it.

Also depends on the weight of the car, vehicle and that bewing towed (combined weight), type of licence etc...
