hey peeps, just wondering is anyone else running the half marathon this sunday? see u at the starting line if you are :)

well guys ive finally done what i thought i would never do, a half marathon, i didnt stop once and i completed the run in 2 hours and 15 mins(rough estimate as i was too busy sprinting for the line so didnt see the time)

im in agony now tho, both my inner thighs are red raw and saggy, and it stung like hell in the shower, definately one of the best things ive ever done, such a buzz!

bring on the full london next year :)

cheers dude, 2 years ago i was piling the weight on and was a no hoper runner

it means so much to me to have done this, sorry for the sob story guys, but im buzzing right now lol
