How can I remove them not to brake the fastenings of the plastic seals?
(I hope you understand what I mean)

drill the rivet heads off at the bottom and then push the sill upward and the clips should release the sill(you must have the wheel arches removed first)

Thanks mate, but I'm afraid of those clips. The plastic can brake easily.
Isn't there a trick to save the plastic from breaking?

best advice as above, remove front an rear arches, you dont have to but it helps a great deal,of course you may break a clip or two, nothing to worry about, you can purchase repair kits or make your own....;),or get doner skirts if there real bad.

Heres a little tip on when you need to bolt the sills on again. I used plastic bolts and nuts. Dirt cheap and wont rust!! Nuts and bolts used for fixong number plates on will do.
