Just put my new turbo on and the oil drain pipe is to big. The connector on the turbo is way smaller than the one on the turbo i took off so it wont fit. :crap:

ive boged /cut an old oe water hose on it for now / will that be ok or will it melt / burn and set fire to the car etc ?:smokin:

Does anyone know where i can get a hose that will fit from the oil return metal pipe to my turbo , the outlet is about size as the the breather and water hoses .
cheers -Dan

Ideally you want the bigger fitting for the turbo. If its a 2 bolt t25 oil drain you will get one off ebay for pennies.

I'm not sure how an old o.e water hose will fair but pretty much all hosing you buy now is petrol/oil resistant although I stand by to be corrected...

I was thinking more about the heat from the turbo damaging the pipe tbh but i guess the water cooling pipes are the same anyway,

, ill have a scan on ebay now , but it seems like all i do is buy and buy and buy and buy stuff for this car :(.

Just measure the size of the outlet on the turbo, measure the size of the metal oil return-to-sump pipe and buy a reducer from SFS etc which is oil resistant :)
