First post!

Hello everyone, newbie here. Yesterday i picked up my 1987 Renault 9 1.4 Turbo, i hope you like it.
Supposedly , there are only a handful left in the whole country ( and probably less now ! )

I hope you like it ? I think it is a strange car for me to have. I am used to cars such as the honda crx. Fiat coupe. subaru impreza. My friends think i am crazy to be interested in a car like this ( i am 23 years old ! )

I will make a new thread for the car also..

Thanks
Mark

Thank you for the warm welcomes :) :D

Work this out :
Its a phase one ( although i thought that with it being a 1987 , it would be ph2 ? )
It has a water cooled turbo ( ph2 ? )
It has anti perc tube that leads from rad fan ( so obv ph1 )

Anyone selling a turbo oil feed hose ? Ive seen a (used ) braided one for about £16 quid , might just get that

Get yourself a turbo inline oil filter, then drive the car to your nearest Pirtek and ask them to make you a custom oil feed line incorperating the new filter. I think they do call-outs if the car isnt driveable. :)
