swapping front door windows

Tonight im going to tackle swapping front door windows, anybody know roughly how to go about doing it ?

Its a doddle, door cards off, i took the rubbers off to, not sure if thats needed though, the window is only held in buy 2 or 3 torx bits if i remember, i think you have to lift the window to a certain point to get one of the torx bolts out, and then just slide the glass out :)

easy,wing mirror off,then the black trims are a doddle,start at mirror end with a putty knife or something blunt an suitable an gently pry it off,be careful where it joins at top of door where the mitre join is,same with inside,an undo the two torx bolts through the holes inside the door,you will need to wind window down to gain access through the two holes.
then it just slides out the top,as phil says really...:cool:
