hi people , im looking for the part number for the gearbox diff seals from renault , anyone have them on dialogys etc ?, ta folks , matty...:)

Drivers side diff seal is 7703087148
Do you want me to get you one and pop it in with the down-pipe and camber bolts you wanted off me?

Passenger side is the big rubber boot, with a seal/bearing inside it....?
3 different dims for that one.

there are 2 sizes of drivers side seal, the OD is quite different. It might be worth taking a quick measure to be 100%.

there are 2 sizes of drivers side seal, the OD is quite different. It might be worth taking a quick measure to be 100%.

Matt you need to find out if the diff has a taper bearing set-up....it will have a big nut around 50mm behind the seal.

thanks guys , so check the style and measure the nut yeah?...:scratch:, also matt , didnt you say when we put the box in you thought it was the clio williams box...err now im more confused than ever...:laugh:

:D, ahh thought that might get you...;), so i need two parts and i need to check something correct?, please remember i am a tree surgeon, brawn not brains...:laugh:, please clarify matty..

It's definatley leaking from both sides? If the gearbox has a metal tag on it, you need to note down the no. if it hadn't got the tag on it, pop the drivers side seal out, look for the nut....and measure the passenger side driveshaft diameter.....

Hi people after ordering the correct parts , it turns out it is the drivers side driveshaft gaitor....:ashamed:...:yeah:, still its all fixed now and i have the rev limiter in and a few bits more , ta for all your help, im happy again..:D
