what are the discs off!!

im after a set of discs for the big brake conversion on my 5 and was told they are off a renault 19, can anyone tell me the exact spec(16v gtx gts ect??)so i can order some, i know i can use the carriers off a 16v clio instead of the extender brackets, any help please, thanks Tim

if you are going 260mm discs ,they are off a 19 16v ,clio 16v
if you are going 285 mm you are looking at r21 txi discs

oh ok, thanks, so can i use clio 16v carriers for both sizes?? also will my 15's fit on the larger brakes???it's just im unsure which parts to order at the mo, thanks again.

no 285 mm will require extender brackets .
285 mm is the max 15" wheels will take .
260 mm will take 14" wheels min.

sweet so if i want to use the 285 brakes do i retain the gt pads as the caliper stays the same or do i order different pads??also where is the cheapest place just for the extender brackets?? thanks Tim

pads will be the same as the calliper wont change it will just move further out.
