Carb cleaner?

As title, what is carb cleaner and where can I get it from?

Get it from Halfords mate good stuff to have, my car was running terible the other day after changing the fuel filter, some **** must have made it to my carb took the hossing of the lobster hold the revs high and spray away into the lobster top.

Sorted out my problem after a few miles it just flushes the **** out.
