Been a bit slack workwise so I've been messing about with a 3D model of the GTA .I started this ages ago ,it's not to bad but I've not got a good Rendering package and not a clue how to do all the arty stuff ,adding light sources ,materials ,reflection etc,etc .
Anyone willing to have a pop at colouring it in for me ?
Just want to see if it's about right .I can export a few different file types so it should go in to a renderer .

Rendering is a black art as far as I'm concerned :confused:

What package is that built in, is it Rhino 3d. I use 3d studio max, if you can save or export it as a 3ds max file I might be able to do something with it, although I dont render cars, buildings only Im afraid.

I have a Rhino version of it for export and basic rendering .Was not constructed in Rhino but it all went in fine from my other system .I have exported half a car into 3ds with mid range polygons :agree: Don't know how it'll look but I can up the polygon count if it's needed.
Would be great if you could have a look at it please :):) I can send it zipped @ about 4mb or 8mb unzipped ?

It actaully has'nt come out too bad. I think if you get it finished of on the body and add interior detailing it will look pretty badass!!. Once you have done the small amends send it to me and I'll do some more renderings for ya!

Some of the surfaces have gone a bit W### in translation .They look OK in the original system .I will work on them in Rhino and get some detailing done . Just got to do the wing mirror external and split the light cluster surface for colour , then put a basic interior in it innit .
