hi all today i am ordering an air filter for my car i think i will be going with the green cotton filter as it sucks air in from all round and also the internal hole in the filter which is what i need

can anyone recomend any other filters that works well so i can shop around today and order before the end of the day any pictures as well would be great

They're all pretty much much for much. The more important aspect is filter positioning - You don't want it anywhere hot/where it can suck in hot air. Likewise, feed it with as much cold air as possible.

Just as a friendly bit of advice, the o.e airbox with a good filter works perfectly well :)

cheers mart for replying ill take that on board i have now gone for the powerflow green cotton filter but it has to come from france and will take 2 weeks before i see it :mad::mad:

Did you order it from Green direct? Never had to wait that long for a filter.

well called green up first and they told me that the size i was after would take 2 weeks to come from france as there are none in the uk for what i want then spoke to a guy i use at demon tweeks (paul jones) and he told me the same but he looks after me a gave me a nice discount where as green would not do anything for me :( so demon tweeks get my buisness :)

I'd say the stock filter from a Honda S2000 is a good punt. Its a good size, good filteration and free flowing enough. Best of all they're around 20 pounds.

hi mate i cant really answer your question as i have never used a stock air box i would have thought it will be fine as per marts comments towards the top of this thread mate :)
