Hi all ,
If i was to phone up a turbo company to get an uprated turbo for my 5 what should i ask for ?
Im not wanting over 200bhp like but a bit nippier than the standard one would be ideal .

depends on if you have a cam and other bits and pieces. In my opinion I would go full t25 at a minimum as you always want that little bit more at a later date so for a few quid more now it will save you later on down the line as a t25 is still a good turbo for decent power.
I went from a t2 to a t2/t25 to a t25 to then a t25/t28 and in between also had a t28 roller bearing which come with a car that I bought to break for parts which I found to be the most fun but sold it so save yourself money time and hassle and go full t25!

Personally I would not buy 2nd hand unless I could actually see the turbo or know the history, the seller already states a little play & cracks in the exhaust housing on that one.....
Just buy a new one.
