fan not working.. where do i start...

as above my fan has just stopped working, i have a brand new loom and is all working as standard kicking in with low temp rad switch etc dont really want to start hacking the loom to bits, was just wondering best place to start and what to check ???

Take the 2 wire connector off the rad switch and bridge it to rule out the switch.

Supply power directly to the fan from the battery to check that it works.

Check the relay mounted in front/below the alternator.
