www.yell.com (http://www.yell.com)

search for morleys in derby..

there really good and supply most bodyshops around this way.

if you order a rear quarter id go direct to renault and pay the premium personally.

btw sorry to see the crash,

Yeah it did slightly, but I think that ripples staying put. Can't see dave putting on a new roof skin, or paying Renault prices for a rear quarter! :D

 Feck it, it is a track car, nothing wrong with a good hammer and bash the fecker out and then put it back on track:D Just make sure roll cage is in good condition :D

to be fair even a patten part rear quarter will prob cost a fair whack, and the extra time trying to make a pattern part fit.

mite be worth just bashing it out as said.

Could be worth cutting the panels out of a scrap car if they are in good condition, least you know they fit properly unlike pattern panels.

Haz and the 2 daves did a pretty good job of knocking it back into shape at mallory. :agree:
Wouldnt be surprised if dave just grafted a bumper bracket back on with a whole bumper and left it at that.

i know its a track car but once crumpled its weak,

so new or a good second hand 1s will be good

the roll cage is good, nouts gona bent that ****er, 50mm cds. :)

it needs an inner rear arch any way as theres not much left of it.

i got told today that the ppl who own the jig wont touch it so thats a stroke of bad luck, but the chasis rail is in tact.

and it drives straight.

bad news is my seat is foooked, as are both new front engine mounts,
when i can move a bit better itll be bare sheled cut open and rebuilt, and im defo gona have my cage extended to the front

I think it might need a jig though dave, I stood behind the car and looked over the roof, there was a discernible twist to the shell ! Wants a tug rear o/s

id possibly try to find a campus shell, they seem to often be in better condition, maybe due to noplastic kit hiding the sills etc, surely you coud pic up a campus for £300 or so, transfer the bits over etc, maybe even sell some bits and bobs to make some of the funds back.
