Sump leaking

I need someones advice again please. My sump seems to be leaking oil near the timing chain cover thingy.. :P how easy is it to take off and fix up? and why has it started leaking? breathing too heavy??

The seals are rank mate just whip the sump off and give it a good clean then clean the bottom of the block with degreaser and apply instant gasget i usually do both surfaces to be sure and bolt back up leave for a day before using job done. Doubt its got anything to do with breathing heavy mate its just a typical leaky gtt sump
