Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering if these are anygood as changing the manifold on my 172 made a noticable difference.

Is the claim of 15-20bhp true or just more bull****. I've heard bits about them but just wondering what everyone else' opinion is...
Cheers folks and have fun at ND i hope this ****ty rain clears up for you
Age old question bud, I've got an early version but only to mount my external wastegate, but it has reduced lag abit, dunno about power.
I don't think anyone has done a back to back test prove 1 way or the other if it does give 15-20bhp
Not tried one myself but I believe the general opinion is save your money. If you really want one then try http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/raceland-4-1-manifold-renault-r5-gt-turbo.html . A bit cheaper I am sure you will agree and there is also people on ebay doing them for around the £200 mark. Sorry doesnt answer the are they any good question but will save you a few quid should you decide to get one.

yea i think it could be done but it will be rather hot after a rolling road session if your planning on doing a back to back test tho!
would be intresting to see if it does up the power or just help the lag situation

ah **** didn't think of the heat lol
would it just be a direct replacement or would it need setting up as there is a rolling road about 10 miles away
if i got one i could have it RR'd one day, swap the manifold the next and take it straight down
i think i might do this...
