First post!
Hi All, Just joined as a newbie and would like to introduce myself, live and work in York, North Yorkshire and own two Renaults - a 1986 Fuego Turbo and a 1972 Renault 12TL. Have been a motor mechanic since leaving school and worked for Renault for 23 years between 1971 and 1994.

12 was resprayed in 1986! Fuego looks good in pictures but could really do with a respray to make it class 1 condition. Like to keep them as standard but have fitted a dump valve to Fuego as this improves the dreadful lag these motors always had due to big turbo (T3), quite slow from rest, 0-60 in 10 sec's but 50 to 70 is phenomenal!
