stiff throttle pedal

hi, my throttle pedal seems to be very stiff, the throttle cable is fully adjusted using a choc block connector and is getting full throttle, but when you let go of the pedal it does not go back properly as it seems the cable gathers up before sliding back into the outer cable???

Check up by the carb see if its getting caught that end, failing that greese up the cable

Have you overtightened the cable on the carb bracket? It'll press the outer casing inwards and crimp the cable.
