how does teh tow eye bolt on

Just wondering how the r5 gt right hand side tow eye bolts on as mines cut off and id like to put one on it.

Does it bolt onto the engine mount or somthing ?

[phase i 16 v turbo]

One bolt on engine mount the other into the sub frame.
