The time has come for the dreded MOT and i need to sort out an exhaust leak on the 5, basicly My 5 has a 2.5" downpipe on and it used to have a 2.5" side exit to match but because i lowerd the car i had to put a rear exit on , trouble beeing that the one i have is a 2" pipe so at the point where it meets the downpipe it will cover the flange but obly just as soon as you get any movement it leaks exhaust, iv been to my local powerflow place and they tell me they cant make the flange bigger or weld a new one on, if i can get a flange i will weld it on my self but i would prefer to get the flange made bigger as it would give me some more ground clearance.
