Fuel Gauge

Like most 5s my gauge goes up and down like a fiddles elbow :cry: it really gets on my nerves that i havent t got confidence in it........now do you think its got a mind of its own because

A. The sender is old and knackered

or

B the Fuel Gauge are old and knackered?

or

C. They are all like this...? (bad design)

i have been toying with the idea of getting a digital one........anyone had any experience?

My one was buggering about recently & i got a new sender & everythings sweet once more :D

or you can take apart your old one and clean the track up with very fine sandpaper...
