Most of the features being written are by people who are there with their clubs anyway - like me.

Yes, there is no guarantee everything can get in the magazine, but please if someone can do a feature and have some high res photos which haven't been photoshopped then please either send it to me through email or to the editors and they will do their best to put it in the next edition.

We are expanding the magazine every issue - this issue is 8 pages more than the last one - and we will continue to expand if we keep getting the features that people want to see

unfortunately 9 times out of 10 myself and jillian cant attend every event, we do try and cover as many shows as we can for the magazine, but trying to fit them round day jobs and me working at weekends as well, advertising our own owners club up here can all get hectic.

i'll do my best to have a word with the editors.... after all, some tasty turbo renaults always are a nice readup to see:cool:

Some of the finest gtt's in the country will be there so even if it's just to hand out cards and find future cars for the mag I think you should be there. It's not often you get such a gathering of 5's so I think it's a massive opportunity to miss.

not everybody has the funds or the time to come down to every event down south though bod... by the time you include fuel down, accomodation, food etc... one weekend away turns into a bill of hundreds of pounds.

if you were doing events every single weekend you could rack up thousands on travel alone just for summer, and not everyone can afford to travel to every single big event in the country. believe me if we had the chance, we would be at every single event covering them, but there isnt enough time between working and then doing mag stuff to do this, im sure someone will be able to cover it from the magazine down south as there are people down south who do stuff for the magazine.... Jillian passed the details on to the editors regarding it, theres not much else she can do but say to them about it.

thats a fair answer neil but i dont think i have seen that mag at one of our events and seeing as we only have max 2 big ones a year it would be nice to see them at some point. if that mag cant make it thats cool but it wont be getting my money untill it shows some interest in our cars and club.

Just spoke to Mark Dow and have recieved the following information regarding the day -

Mark is willing to attend the event, and had sent 3 messages to 5 committee members regarding attending the event, which were never replied to. In the messages it was mentioned that mark is looking to bring the stand, the full works regarding the national day and having a really nice day out with all of the RTOC members attending, but the matter was in Millers hands.

hope this clears everything up for the members, if a committee member or miller see's this before Mark gets in contact with him can you please email mark@performancefrenchcars.co.uk or PM the PFC account on here regarding direct contact details for mark's phone.

Cheers dawn, no clue as to what has been said between both parties but understand that the committee have their own lives to lead and jobs to do, and it can be difficult to get things done in time or remember everything, hopefully we see PFC at national day, and a good turnout from all:cool:

if we can get something sorted to possibly come down, then i will make sure i take that offer up mate, 5's are bloody good fun, one of my own is definately on my hit list sometime, cant beat a bit of C1J boost:cool:
