On the Megasquirt site they suggest 389cc/min injectors. Is this appropriate? I'm not trying to acheive 250bhp (more like 200) but want some fat on the bone.

I'm using 400cc jobs which should be good for around 280bhp from what I've been told

Saab "red" 2.3L turbo injectors are 380cc and they crop up on ebay pretty often. Vauxhall lads love them. 380cc @ 90% and 3 bar in the rail will be enough for about 250hp.
