My brother was accepted at the City University of London and has no idea about finding a place to stay at the dorm,how to apply for the D.F.E.S and the whereabouts in general.Any suggestions and help is more than welcome.

The student liason at the college will be able to point him in the right direction, has he tried contacting them?
