285 cam, stage 4 head, t28 what jets needles have i got to buy for my carb. Excuse my thickness but this is all new to me or who could build me a carb to suit. Thanks lee

There are stages for tuning the carb for your current spec.

Your best bet is to invest in a wideband lambda sensor kit or hopefully get in contact with another member who has one to help you tune it.

There is no guideline spec for any carb for it's engine...as every setup differs and is rarely the same.

Scoff on here sells them through his website or you can find the commonly used Innovate LM-1 kit on ebay, i got mine from there for good price as its a nice portable kit.

hi, sorry to hijack!! i was going to ask same question...
I ve got similar spec 285 cam, T25, 4 branch, bms downpipe etc, uprated fuel pump, malapassi fuel pressure reg etc, i ve got a rolling road session booked for next week would be ideal to take some jets/ air correctors etc with me so i can change when im there?? any ideas on which ones i should take and where to get from etc?? Its a standard carb and ive got a wideband. cheers Lee

Believe Stu from here sourced some, if not i think Mike (phase 1 16v turbo) has some.

Its abit hard to say which ones you'll need as you don't know how your carb going to fuel as it is now, think you'll be fine with the standard main jet but poss worth getting 130 just incase and a few 0.8 air correctors, can always drill the air correctors bigger if needed. You will need some drill bits for the 2nd stage though as this is a fixed jet (not able to remove).
