ok my r5is stored in a council garage away from my house.

I would like to make it more secure but i must be careful as i dont want to be drilling holes etc that i might get charged for.

Ive seen a system called the garage defended which is about £45 and onyl requires drilling off the garage concrete floor.

Any thoughts or suggestions ?

What doors are fitted, timber or up/over?

I wouldnt worry about drilling holes everywhere as everybody does it, aslong as your not wrecking the place it will be fine;)

The only advice i give is dont make it look over armed from outside as it looks like something is worth breaking in for. Also making the door ultra secure will result in them breaking through the roof/wall!

Decent alarm/immobiliser on the car should suffice.

:agree::agree: my garage in a bit of a dodgey place for break ins, has my old bmw 520 in.
It has doors riped off and is just boreded up like all the other empty ones.

People allways wanted me to fit them garage door dead locks. Theyre not to visable as you can only see the key hole, and do a good job of stopping the door from opening. Id fit a pair of dead locks and a bull bar (like what was stated earlier) if anyone wants to bother getting into that good luck to em.
