Have a chat with Mike (phase 1 16v turbo) off here, i believe he knows a good bodyshop and he's only in Southampton too so not far from you.

I believe mike uses the bodyshop in porchester ind estate. It's on the right hand side as you enter past kwick fit. Not sure what it's called but you'll see it. There's also a couple on hailing island off a road just before the yew tree pub not sure if you've tried either but if not, well worth a punt.
