anyone know the torque settings for the conrod bolts as my haynes manual hasnt turned up :(

Haynes manual doesnt say any way - we'll at least we couldn't see the torque seetings in there

Get the older blue R5 Haynes - that definitely does.

I think the gren one might in the first two pages of specifications in Ch 3 - Engine but cant be sure...
