Heres my itinery for the day...

Meet at Cranfield Airport at 07:30 for departure by helicopter to Silverstone at 08:26.
On arrival at Silverstone transfer to to the Vodafone Team McLaren Mercedes VIP Hospitality Suite within the Paddock Club.

08:30 GP3 Race (17 Laps)
09:10 Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Official Welcome
09:35 GP2 Second race 21 Laps
10:45 Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Race (14 Laps)
11:30 Formula One Drivers Parade (On Track)
11:45 Formula One Starting Grip Presentation
12:00 Red Arrows Display
12:00 Lunch Served in the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes VIP Club
12:25 Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Live Pre-Race Team Update
12:46 National Anthem
13:00 210 Formula On Santander British Grand Prix (52 Laps)
14:45 Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Live Team Update
15:30 Formula BMW Second Race (13 Laps)
16:30 VIP Club Closes
15:22 Return flight to Cranfield Airport

How mint is that, what an awesome Jolly, getting really excited now :)

Me, Shaver, Morg and a load are going as per every year since me and Morg met at college

Here's our itinery for the days...

Sat
5:30pm leave House
7:00pm get to Silverstone put up a tent and get smashed.
9:00pm find beer tent and get more smashed
1:00am build a fire cos they closed the beer tent
2:00am find some crazy Brazilians supporting Massa and have a party
4:00am-ish go to bed

Sun
7:30am wake up with banging headache and go back to bed
9:00am get up properly
9:30am onwards, jump the fence in the most obvious place ever as per every year and wave at the fat security guards, laugh at the people gasping at you jumping the fence and give a hi 5 to the people cheering you on!
10:30am onwards, watch the race and drink beer
5:00pm head home to watch the footie!

Anyone wanting to join us feel free, we'll be on the field next to the island right next to the main entrance.

I sold my tickets/camping passes to a couple of mates, I'm in the middle of doing an NVQ and the dates got moved...for the GP weekend :(

I'm gutted seeing as I've been to the British GP on the last 5/6 ocassions :)

Ashy, you will love the race day atmosphere, you will see a lot more of the race than you'll imagine if you're seated or viewing from a balcony :agree:

Our company is about to spend £1m on new machines with Mazak who supply McLaren with all of their CNC's. Every year Mazak get to take 10 of their customers to the British GP, I just got lucky really :agree:
