Floor to Seat height?

Strange request chaps, but can someone measure their standard front seats from the bit you sit on to the floor? Its so i can adjust my subframes as the seats are too high at the minute. Or you could measure the seat to the roof?

from the seat material right,the actual bit you sit on sir??


if so measuring from where the seat subframe fixes to(cross member)
the front is 300mm give or take an the rear as it sits back/lower measures
250mm abouts.
