Turbo Identification

Anyone recognise what this turbo is off??

The compressor housing says M10 .48 the rear housing is a .53 there is a Garratt tag on the core but it is worn and just shiny, it is oil cooled only aswell.

Both the Compressor housing and the exhaust housings are held in place with circlips, the front housing is a Garratt the rear is unknown.

Yeah I am going to have a crack at doing the seals as it's a smoker but I want to find a rear housing for it aswell as she has a very large crack in it aswell but not able to find any .53 exhaust housings.

You sure its not a .63, never heard of a .53 on a t2 before. It's probably an old Nissan Bluebird turbo.

Had another look and yeah it's defo a .63 rear housing
