outer drivers and passengers window sill??

hi,took my 5 through the car wash the other day and noticed water dripping onto the passengers foot well.found out its the sill that goes round the window on the passengers door its just worn away and does not sit tight against the window.does anyone know where i can get this from and how much roughly it will be?also how easy is it to change,is it a matter of popping it off the pushing the new one on,or is it stuck on with something??thanks

They do lots of different rubber seals which you can get new, else from renault which im guessing very expensive or 2nd hand items which can do the same thing.
