First post!

alright all

picked up this over the weekend, same lump as the r5 but 600 cheaper to insure!

1.4 turbo running a t25 turbo uprated ic etc quick as fook! i recon its running 160-170 bhp as it pulls better then all my other cars
got a side exit ehaust which sounds awsome, not to loud but meaty as fook

i think its pretty cool abit querky as you dont see many about
thoughts?

the turbines are forsale if anyones intrested, running prada spec 2 tyres and there satin black

guna be a full paid member when i get paid

could do with a new t25 soon as its abit smokey on over run when on boost

thoughts people?

Lol yeah, it used to belong to a guy called Adey aka Ewok on here. How come the turbo is smoking then?

The owner after Adey who only had it a few weeks had to give back the original turbo that the car came with and the one he put on in its place started smoking more or less immediately. He stated that in his RTOC advert. :agree:

yea i know the turbo was smopking before i picked it up, t25s are pretty cheap anyhoo so its next on the list to buy aswell as a dv as its currently compression surging which i dont think is helping the turbo at all!

99% of the cars on here don't use a DV mate, the surge you get when lifting off won't do it harm mate no need for a DV. ;)

Nice car by the way, had abit of work done to it. :agree:

why not have it rebuild if it performs how you want it too.. id rather rebuild than buy one blind of its real condition, i wiggle the wheel and pull it about like everyone else but rest my hard earned cash on how it wiggles.. :crap:

try find a member on here thats bought new, had a rebuild or is breaking car.. id avoid ebay etc..:)

shame its for sale, i know so many people that follow this same route.. buy a old retro turbo car, first sign of trouble sell it.

i dont know never even gave it a chance.:confused: whats to say that if you get a rear wheel drive car it mite give you a lot more trouble than just a blown turbo mate. ie a diff could always go. and it would cost alot more to repair. :sad2:

I change cars like i change my sox, 19 cars in 2 years. Had this 2ish months and i have the urge for something rwd, you only live once so why not eh?
