Is the cam attached 2 the oil pick so when removing the cam do u have 2 remove a chain connecting it 2 the oil pickup or anything???

The cam is connected to the crank shaft via the timing chain, you will need to remove the timing chain cover, timing chain tensioner, timing chain, dizzy shaft and dizzy gear, and the cam should slide out nice and easy.

I've done all of that except the dizzy cog thing how does that come out???

Comes out from the top under the dizzy shaft, use a large flat head screwdriver to turn it slightly enough so it is loose then pull it out should come out easy.

if you got a magnet on a stick thing they get the followers out nicely

I've got another question what markings r on a standard cam? I'm trying 2 find out if it's uprated on not

there is 270 stamped halfway (ish) along the standard cam between the lobes, confuses most people :D

aftermarked cams mostly have their markings stamped in the end
