main caps - 65Nm
big end caps - 45Nm
headbolts - 60Nm - but everyone does them to 70Nm
flywheel bolts -50Nm- must use loctite! - and i usually do em to 60Nm.

thanks for them buddy. i also need cam shaft pully bolt , crank shaft pully bolt and timing cover bolts if you have them

cam pulley center bolt to 35Nm and bottom pulley center bolt to 110Nm.

Haynes manual doesn't fekin tell u and it tells you to put it back together wrong!:confused:

AutoData says 25nm run for 20mins then 65nm (standard gasket etc)

Mines been done a bit tighter as I have an uprated HG - as advised on here :)

are you using a standard pulley ?

you remove the tensioner, create equal slack on each side of the chain (pull it together in the middle) and the 2 liners or '+' on the cam and crank pulleys should point directly at each other. use a straight edge between bolt centers to verify.
