Hi Guys ;)

I am looking for a car painter in the midlands (preferably an RTOC member) to paint my Raider for me. As I am a panel beater by trade all the panels will be ready and all I need is someone to put the paint and lacquer on, and to point out any areas that will need special attention prior to painting. I am looking for a good finish, and also for a good price :D as I am doing this car on a tight budget, but I'm sure there are ways of coming to a mutually pleasing agreement on that part.

Any help or advice from you guy's would be much appreciated.

I am trying to get it done for the 14th August show :agree:

I was down there last nite and took a couple of pics.. This is basically at the stage where hes painted up to the character line, and has jst wet flatted it into the existing paint to around 3000 grit also along the sill hence its dull, it will be buffed up before i collect tomorrow.

He charged me £160 to fit 2 full sills , and paint.. (he did it a little to cheap i think) , I also supplied paint, he supplied the lacquer etc

That really looks good in the photo's, i'll pop down when you got time and have a look if you do not mind. I am trying to get someone a bit closer to home, but if he does a good cheap job then maybe it is worth it. :)
