That's it just another cash in on the brand name. On the subject of the RS branding I was planning on getting a second Escort RS Turbo (purely as I like the styling etc) but the prices for a mint one is ridiculous and all because it's an 'RS'.

got my rs focus on saturday brand new 010 plate still in the rapper in green paid £24800 otr with 12mouths road tax trying to get the reg number rs10 cos if the dvla will let me. cant wait to pick it up on friday. Hope it stays sunny.? :cool: plus still got my 5gt turbo for fun. :D best of both worlds. :agree:

dont knock them lads ye to be fair they aint no cosworth but they are quiet reliable an they are alot of fun to drive in the dry (terrible in the wet lol ) an to be honest i cant justify the 35k for the rs 500 but the normal rs with a remap is just as gd an with the both opition packs on are really gd spec

i do prefer the first RS focus to the new one.
the ST i just dont like at all for whatever reason, cant quite put my finger on it.

but i dare to say the engine in them will be quite reliable if its the volvo lump.
