ive recenlty rebuilt a new c1j for my 5. it starts and runs fine but the oil is really creamy. i built the engine using engine assembly lube so could this be causing the milkyness? im a mechanic by trade but only thing ive seen with this before is when the hg is gone, but the oil isnt thick like it with a blown hg??

anyone else come accross this before?

i need to put my mind at rest before fri

Dude take it for a gentle drive, hit boost a few times, not too much and not flat out, blow the cobwebs out as it were then change the oil, dunno what it is but I've never seen an engine build condensation like a C1J does, it'll be fine

i think ive had this on all my fresh rebuilds, i too was worried that something may have shat its load. as mentioned take it for a spin get the engine upto temp for a while to burn off any water so to speak..change the oil and your oil should be nice and clear.

leaky liner seals....

ouchies...

try a couple of oil changes and see if the consistency changes...could be a fooked radiator...unless you have a seperate oil cooler & rad setup :p

I've not had this on the engines I've built I must admit. As suggested, take it for a good blast to get the engine nice and hot to see if it clears..... :)
