so what do you recon.... who would be wrong? who would get charged in a British court:scared:.? i mean that guy shows aggressiveness by jumping on that car and smashing its windscreen so the driver in retaliation/self defence? basically hits the driver and the said yob gets ran over. i mean its the yobs fault for being on his bonnet in the first place.

dont you hate them folk that walk sloooooowwwwwly across the road on purpose knowing well that its the cars right of way in turn making you brake. only for you to get stared at like we are the ones in the wrong:mad: vankers!

Today in a British court, the driver of the car would in my opinion be 100% jailed for his actions. The youth that jumped on the car would probably get off Scott free and also get compensation

most definetley be jailed for that, theres a taxi getting done up here , some lads jumped out while he was moving one of them banged his head on kerb or fence and died few days later, taxi drivers been charged over his death

however i would have ran him over then parked my car ontop of the prick

Well he only got 4 broke ribs. if i could guarentee I wouldnt kill him i would deffo have done the same.

Its honeslty better to be the bigger man and walk away from situations like that but unfortunalty at that exact flashpoint you know your gunna deal him sum damage no matter what.

I once drove about 1 mile with a guys shoulder stuck through my passenger window. He was punching my mate. my mate did the window up I drove off flat out. B reg astra for the win. My mate popped the cigerette lighter and burt the guy as he tried to stove the window in. Eventually we went over a mini round about and the guy dis lodged.

Scarey stuff but I can laugh about it now. The guy got us in a club when he recoved and through me down a flight of stairs. PMSL.
