Lightened & Balanced flywheels, 30%, 6 slot or 9 slot

Looking at getting a L&B flywheel and have been offered the above stages of them being lightened.
Wondered if anyone has tried any of the slotted ones and if they saw much advantage with them?

Go as light as you can...

You will definetly notice a significant difference with a heavily lightened flywheel :)
