Blowing manifold

Yesterday my car started making this tapping noise and it gets louder as I gradually exelerate.. I thort it was Something internal but once I opend the bonnet and revd it you can hear it's cuming from the manifold, I can't realy see much with the bay having hoses everywere,

what's the most common thing that goes on the manifold? Could it be crackd? Need a new gasket or lost some bolts?

no, it's known that the bolts come loose/fall out and the gaskets leak.

Let the car cool down and see if you can feel for any nuts/studs that have gone walkies :)
