 You got no faith in my campus box! :D

Luckly i am towing the campus up with the A-frame so if it lets go i haven't got to worry about driving it home.

how times have changed, in the bad old days it was headgaskets failing at 3/4 distance as the engines leaned out. Then it was alternator belts being thrown with alarming regularity. And now it's gearboxes. I'll bet there are still a few flying belts this year :D

Right i got possible problems now with the campus and its gearbox, its still working but its got more of a wine now from the diff.

While changing the diff seal on the drivers side (spline shaft seal) on monday night i noticed the diff bearing carrier had broken up so the bearings are rolling round on the own and not held nice and firm anymore.
Due to that the diff has abit of play in it, can move the driveshaft up and down and 5mm :crap:

Its slightly leaking but nothing abit of sealent couldn't sort out but i really not sure its its going to stand up the abuse on friday. Last thing i want to do is shut the track for abit because i piss all my gear oil everywhere.

Managed to find a box but time is not really on my side, should i just brave it and see if holds out or if needs be its going to be a late one thursday evening to swap the box.
If so anyone want to pop over and give us a hand;)
