Just wondering which shocks have proven most durable for road and occasional track use. I'm fortunate to have a new set of each and can't decide which ones to keep lol. :laugh: Cheers.

Both seem to have good points and bad

I have the Avo's there spot on for road use ccus they aren't to stiff but they have a rep for rusting badly

The Gaz even when on there softest setting are abit to hard for use (damn I'm getting old lol) but they seem to be the more robust

I've stuck with the standard jobs, dunno what poundage but I know mine will have to be sent off soon due to rust :(

Lowness = Avo :laugh:

:laugh: :D

avo standard springs are 7" 225lbs I run avo's and have changed the springs to 6" 375lbs

the gaz standard springs are something like 7" 175lbs

I run Avo's and have replaced my 7"s with 250lbs seam good at the mo, not as solid as i expected on the hardest setting. Therefore upping the lbs to something like James' level is probably advisable if its for track use.
